About

I did my B.Engg in Electrical Engineering from National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST) in Pakistan. In this duration, I met some incredible people I worked with to learn both hardware and software development.

I worked as a Research Intern at Signal Processing and Machine Learning Lab at NUST, where I worked on development of a deep learning based tool for highlighting anomalous keratin pearl in skin tissues.

I am also a Teaching Assistant at AI Lounge, where I have collaborated with Dr. Hassan Aqeel at Aston University and Dr. S.A. Zaidi at University of Leeds to develop teaching material for a workshop on TinyML.

As part of my engineering design project, I worked with System-on-Chip Lab and Integrated Circuits Design Lab at NUST to develop a vector extension based on RISC-V Vector Instruction Set Architecture. I have recently submitted a manuscript to present my work, which is currently under the review process.

I am currently studying about computer networks independently, which will broaden my knowledge and help me find areas of interdisciplinary research. A huge shoutout to Larry Peterson and Bruce Davie for their open-source book “Computer Networks: A Systems Approach” which has been my central source in this journey.
